The following conditions should be noted concerning all donations offered to the library:
All donations are accepted with the understanding that upon receipt the materials become the
property of the university and that the library reserves the right to determine retention,
location, cataloguing, and other considerations relating to the donation's use or disposition
Donations with restrictions (such as separate housing, perpetual retention, etc) are usually
not accepted but will be considered upon consultation with the office of the Vice Chancellor.
Donors will receive a written acknowledgement from the library director.
How to donate?
Donations can be brought to the office of Director: LIS between 8:00 am to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday or arrangements for delivery can be mailed to:
